The company serves a worldwide client base from two main offices located in Bulgaria and Kenya. Both offices employ an experienced team of professionals, with an outstanding track record of handling complex financial development projects.   • Office Manager

    I.BASIC JOB DUTIES

    1. Design and implement office policies
    2. Establish standards and procedures
    3. Organize office operations and procedures
    4. Provide secretarial and general office support
    5. Provide basic bookkeeping and liaison with government agencies (LGU, SSS, BIR, PH, etc.)
    6. Perform clerical and administrative tasks
    7. Prepare reportorial requirements of the department
    8. Assist in organizing business trips (flights, hotels, and visa) to colleagues and clients of the company 
    9. Participates in the preparation and organization of business meetings, workshop, and other assemblies 
    10. Liaise with other agencies, organizations and groups 
    11. Maintain office equipment and supplies
    12. Observe intradepartmental regulations
    13. Performs other work-related duties assigned


    II.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES


    In performing their duties, the employee is responsible for:

    1. Quality and timeliness of the work
    2. Compliance with professional obligations and ethics
    3. Conservation of commercial and industrial secrecy
    4. The technical condition of entrusted equipment (computer, printer, scanner, etc.)
    5. Delivered source data and other documents
    6. Compliance with established company health and safety rules

    III.REQUIREMENTS

     

    1. Excellent organizational and planning skills
    2. Candidate must possess a college degree or equivalent experience in accounting or administration
    3. Computer literate in Microsoft office Productivity Suite and preferably Microsoft Visio
    4. Must be resourceful, highly organized and keen with details
    5. Available to start January 2013
    6. Excellent communication skills
    7. Can work with minimal supervision
    8. Preferably with 2 – 4 years’ experience in related field
    9. Excellent command of written and spoken English
    10. The ideal candidate will have the following personal qualities:
