    The Project Management role is to help the process of solutions implementations in a cost-effective way by determining the requirements of a project and communicating them clearly to all stakeholders, facilitators and partners.

    The core skill of the Project manager is requirements and scope management for developing IT solutions to business problems and fulfilling business needs.

    Skilled Project manager has to drive the whole project delivery lifecycle from initiation and analysis through design, development and testing and finishing with deployment and closure.

    Main responsibilities:

    • Lead the planning and implementation of project within agreed parameters of cost, timescales, and quality
    • Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
    • Define project tasks and resource requirements
    • Develop full scale project plans
    • Manage project scope and budget
    • Manage project resources
    • Plan and schedule project timelines
    • Track project deliverables using appropriate tools

    The role of the Regional BDD is to lead and develop the region’s business development team to achieve its sales targets.     Main responsibilities:

    • Validate or adjust the sub-regional breakdown of territories as well as team setup
    • Coach and further develop the regional BD team
    • Help develop BD Action Plans and strategies for prospecting and account management within the BD’s respective sub-regions
    • Support BDs where needed with potential clients and closing deals in order to meet the pre-set regional targets
    • Work with the pre-sales team on optimizing processes for building and delivery of specific customer solutions
    • Support BDs with their client proposals
    • Ensure the established CRM and other BD-related processes are followed by the team and lead by example
